Lead HVAC Technician (HVAC Foreman)

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Lead HVAC Technician (HVAC Foreman) in Ad Dawhah. The role leads the creation of the processes needed to deliver HVAC services and is responsible for executing HVAC mechanical work, quality and cost. It directs the activities of HVAC mechanics.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and repair environmental-control systems and other commercial installations, applying knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting and structural layout.
• Mount compressor and condenser units on platforms or floors, using hand tools and following blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble and install ductwork and chassis parts with portable metalworking tools and welding equipment.
• Connect motors, compressors, temperature and humidity controls and ventilation fans to control panels, and connect control panels to the power source.
• Install, repair and service air conditioners of 15 to 20 tons cooling capacity in warehouses and small factory buildings.

Required profile

• Diploma holder.
• 12 years or more of experience in the same field.
