About the role

The Lead Partner Distribution (Non‑Telco) will drive TOD’s distribution partnerships across non‑telecom channels in the MENA region. Working closely with product, technology, marketing, analytics, finance and content teams, you will create and manage commercial collaborations that boost subscriber acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and secure new partnership opportunities with digital platforms, fintech firms, device manufacturers, retailers, banks, airlines, lifestyle brands and content aggregators.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional campaigns, sponsorships and monetisation initiatives in coordination with legal and finance.
  • Own day‑to‑day relationships with assigned partners and ensure successful execution of partnership activities and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, marketing and content teams to integrate, launch and optimise bundled offers and commercial propositions.
  • Identify advertising, sponsorship, product placement and branded‑content opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
  • Monitor partnership performance, subscriber contribution, revenue generation and commercial KPIs to drive continuous optimisation.

Required profile

  • Commercially driven professional with strong relationship‑management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, technology, marketing, finance and content teams.
  • Experience with telecommunications operators, digital platforms, OTT services, media businesses, device manufacturers or fintech providers is highly valuable.
