Live-In House Manager for VIP Family

About the role

The House Manager will live on‑site with a VIP family in Doha, overseeing all aspects of the residence to ensure it operates at the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, security, and hospitality. This senior role combines staff leadership, vendor coordination, budgeting, and personal assistance to deliver seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day household operations, maintaining a pristine and well‑organized home.
• Develop and enforce household policies, schedules, and inventory controls.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a multidisciplinary staff team including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, gardeners, nannies, and security personnel.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
• Prepare and monitor the household operating budget, track expenses, and process invoices.
• Manage documentation such as warranties, insurance records, and service contracts.
• Arrange guest arrivals, plan family events, and ensure premium hospitality standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections, schedule preventive maintenance, and oversee repairs for pool, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Implement security procedures, coordinate with security staff and emergency services, and maintain safety protocols.
• Provide personal assistance including travel arrangements, calendar management, and handling confidential correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience managing luxury residences, estates, or high‑end hospitality operations.
• Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary household staff.
• Strong knowledge of household maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
