Make-up Consultant - NARS Doha

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores, is hiring a Make-up Consultant for its NARS store in Doha. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, uses appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launches, promotions and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong loyalty
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services
• Assess customer needs and advise on the product ranges best suited to them
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products
• Generate sales and track sell-out targets at store level, reporting daily sales
• Take part in achieving incentives and track post-launch sales
• Keep merchandising levels in line with brand guidelines and replenish stock on the right shelves and counters
• Report stock shortages via the stock order form and receive stock according to procedure

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry
• Proven experience across skincare, makeup and fragrance categories
• Fluent spoken English
