Sales Executive - Diesel Generator

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join its diesel generator retail sales team in Doha, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience across vehicles, finance and insurance products, trade-ins and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets while maintaining the required gross margin.
• Guide customers through a structured sales journey covering vehicles, finance and insurance products, trade-ins and accessories.
• Promote finance and insurance solutions based on customer needs and business targets.
• Maximise trade-in and dealer-installed accessory sales opportunities.
• Manage telephone, website and walk-in enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant systems, including test-drive and customer identification details.
• Follow up promptly with prospective and existing customers.
• Work with showroom and branch management to improve revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Take part in sales meetings, product training and development activities.
• Keep up to date on products, brand campaigns, financing options and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years' diesel generator sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a target-driven environment.
• Professional work ethic, resilience and strong ambition to grow within the organisation.
