About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant cum Account Manager to lead non‑IT staffing initiatives in Al Khor, Qatar. The role combines client relationship management, business development, and end‑to‑end recruitment delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non‑IT positions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle account management and client servicing.
- Drive client acquisition and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely hiring delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in non‑IT staffing or recruitment.
- Proven track record in account management and client acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
