Regional Vice President - Middle East & Africa (Excl. UAE & KSA)

About the role

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President to lead the performance, development and growth of its hotel portfolio across the Middle East and Africa, excluding the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Based in Doha, the role oversees operations across established and emerging markets, working with General Managers, hotel owners, investors, corporate functions and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, profitability and RevPAR Index, and lead financial performance reviews against budgets and forecasts
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, investors and business partners, and support expansion opportunities
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational procedures and brand standards, and lead operational reviews and improvement programmes
• Lead transformation and turnaround initiatives in underperforming markets and support the integration of new hotels
• Develop scalable operating models and governance structures, and work with commercial, revenue, sales and marketing teams
• Lead, develop and build succession plans for regional and hotel leadership teams

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in hospitality
• Previous multi-property leadership role such as Area Director, Cluster General Manager, Regional Director or Area Vice President
• Experience overseeing hotels across different countries and markets, with direct P&L responsibility
• Proven track record in business transformation, turnarounds and improving asset performance
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern and African hospitality markets
