Security Awareness Trainer

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Security Awareness Trainer in Doha to design and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs, campaigns, workshops and training sessions tailored to different user groups. The role also covers phishing simulations, material creation and reporting aligned with security frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs, campaigns, workshops and training sessions for different user groups
• Create security awareness materials such as presentations, videos, quizzes, newsletters and other educational content
• Plan and run phishing awareness simulations, analyse campaign results and recommend improvements
• Align initiatives with compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST
• Track awareness performance, prepare metrics and management reports, and work with IT, HR and business units to build a security-first culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity awareness, security training, information security or a related discipline
• Proven experience designing and delivering security awareness programs, campaigns, workshops and user-focused training
• Experience planning and managing phishing simulation campaigns and analysing their results

Required skills

• Strong ability to create training materials such as presentations, videos, quizzes and newsletters
• Good understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST, including awareness reporting requirements
• CompTIA Security+, SSAP or an equivalent cybersecurity certification is preferred
