Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Senior Business Analyst based in Qatar. The role covers gathering and translating business requirements into specifications for development teams, working with project managers, developers and QA teams, and supporting system implementation and UAT.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams
• Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings and gap analysis sessions
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams and business users to deliver projects successfully
• Support system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies and regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects
• Preferred: experience in the Qatar or GCC region; preferred certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA or equivalent
