Senior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Cargo & Airport Operations team in Doha. The role involves delivering proactive and reactive data analysis, building operational dashboards, and supporting decision‑making across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Import, clean, transform, validate and model data to produce operational reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using SharePoint, Power BI and other corporate tools.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Identify data discrepancies, propose preventive solutions and improve data quality.
• Support line managers by presenting analytical findings and statistical insights.
• Collaborate with the information systems team on application deployments and process design.
• Provide guidance to frontline staff on data recording procedures and tool usage.
• Participate in regular meetings with managers to gather business requirements and define KPIs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience developing data structures and automated data feeds.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of report development from testing to production.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use statistical methods to uncover trends.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
