Store Manager – Beauty & Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our premium beauty and cosmetics boutique. You will be responsible for delivering an immersive luxury experience that reflects the brand’s identity while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, visual standards, hygiene, tester upkeep, and overall readiness.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Drive store KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rate, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Monitor product performance, manage stock availability, and execute in‑store promotions, launches, and sampling initiatives.
• Analyze sales reports, develop action plans, and implement improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Beauty Advisors, Makeup Artists, and Skincare Specialists.
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and ensure readiness for new product launches.
• Manage inventory, replenish stock, control shrinkage, and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure visual merchandising, planogram compliance, and tester hygiene align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, audits, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of premium beauty products and customer‑experience standards.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and lead high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional grooming and presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
