About the role
Fever is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to lead relationships with its biggest partners across events, festivals, attractions and sports. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless execution of partner projects and driving long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Fever’s largest partners and their events across all verticals, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships and performance growth.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance teams.
- Build strategic relationships by understanding partner needs, providing expert guidance and proactively solving challenges.
- Define KPIs, implement data‑driven strategies, and track performance metrics with regular reporting.
- Collect partner feedback on Fever’s products and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and lead Project Managers as the team expands, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Required profile
- 6+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
