About the role
The Team Manager leads a luxury retail department in Qatar, ensuring the brand’s image, sales performance, and customer experience are consistently high. You will guide a sales team, collaborate with store management, and align product presentation with Loro Piana’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the brand image, keeping the team informed about departmental goals and updates.
- Drive sales maximisation, share periodic sales analysis, and coordinate re‑order activities with the Store Manager.
- Build strong client relationships, manage VIP customers, and oversee post‑sale service to enhance loyalty.
- Support a positive work environment, supervise daily team activities, mentor staff, and identify new talent.
- Set quantitative and qualitative targets, monitor results, and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with brand DNA, collaborate with merchandising, and track SKU performance through sell‑through reports.
Required profile
- Proven leadership in a luxury retail setting, capable of motivating and developing a sales team.
- Strong customer‑focus with the ability to manage high‑value client relationships.
- Analytical mindset for sales data interpretation and product performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with store management and merchandising teams.
