Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle EBS HRMS

About the role

The Techno-Functional HRMS Consultant analyzes business requirements, designs IT solutions and implements Oracle EBS HRMS modules. The role bridges business users and technical teams, covering requirement gathering, process automation, application development, testing, end-user training and ongoing system support.

Key responsibilities

• Run workshops with business requestors, document requirements and perform gap analysis
• Analyze business processes and identify automation and process re-engineering opportunities
• Estimate effort, timelines and resources for new features and modifications
• Develop and implement Oracle HRMS applications using JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Reports Builder and AME workflows
• Test, validate and deploy new features in development/test environments before production
• Lead end-user training during implementations and upgrades
• Maintain daily monitoring, support and maintenance of Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, iRecruitment and OLM modules
• Follow up on Service Requests raised with Oracle Support and provide system administration support when needed
• Document projects, configurations and user manuals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in applications development, focused on Oracle HRMS
• Certification in Oracle HRMS Development / Self-Service track preferred
• Proven background in both functional (analysis, workshops, training) and technical (programming, configuration) areas
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure and support 24x7 environments
• Arabic speaker is a must

• Workshop facilitation, presentation and report writing
