Assistant Manager Security Technologies Services

About the role

The Assistant Manager Security Technologies Services will support QNB’s information security solutions, providing first‑ and second‑line assistance to protect the bank from cyber threats. The role acts as the primary point of contact for end‑user escalations related to security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st level support for key technical security solutions aligned with the group’s business strategy.
• Assist with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of security products on user devices.
• Review and process change requests affecting security controls, such as firewall modifications.
• Support operational processes including incident, problem, change and configuration management.
• Maintain service level agreements, monitor KPIs and promote cost‑conscious practices.
• Provide accurate data to auditors, compliance and financial control teams.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
