Associate Business Analyst

About the role

The Associate – Business Analysis will act as a bridge between customer needs and technology solutions. You will translate requirements into clear specifications, support test case design, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CSI and Initiative registers, and prepare service review reports.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to capture requirements and document pain points.
• Define, prioritize and document existing business processes and improvement initiatives.
• Lead business improvement projects, ensuring quality, timelines and stakeholder involvement.
• Validate outcomes with stakeholders and monitor changes for further optimization.
• Apply process‑improvement methodologies to deliver service enhancements.
• Prepare technical reports, perform periodic process reviews and generate actionable business insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical roles such as consulting, product analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
