Associate Quality Assurance

About the role

Join Talabat’s quality team to ensure that all butchery and poultry products meet the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with production staff to perform inspections, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret SOPs and specifications for quality expectations.
• Select raw material and finished product samples for inspection.
• Use and calibrate instruments such as thermometers, scales, moisture analyzers, and pH meters.
• Perform measurements on weight, cut specifications, temperature, and packaging integrity.
• Analyze test results, identify deviations, and document non‑conformities.
• Report findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and other food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production employees and managers to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a butchery or poultry processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes.
• Food Safety Certification (HACCP, GMP, or equivalent) is essential.
• Understanding of QA/QC and food safety principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
