About the role

Gratia is seeking a Business Analyst to join its remote‑first team, delivering actionable insights for global partners such as USA Today Co. and New York Life. The role offers a clear growth pathway from Associate to Senior level, combining high‑impact projects with mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality analyses on standard and complex projects for top‑tier clients.
• Design innovative solutions for financial, market, and operational challenges.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including senior and board‑level contacts.
• Lead process‑design and automation initiatives using tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Create data visualisations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Develop financial models, DCF valuations, scenario forecasts and Monte Carlo simulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least two of the listed analytical domains.
• Strong curiosity and ability to navigate complex situations.
• Readiness to manage client relationships and mentor junior analysts.

Required skills

• Financial modeling (3‑statement models, DCF, M&A, Monte Carlo).
• CRM configuration and RevOps optimisation.
• Process automation tools (Zapier, Make).
• Data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI) and basic machine‑learning concepts.
• Market intelligence research (TAM/SAM/SOM, competitive analysis).
• Presentation design for investor decks and executive briefings.
• Project management and delivery planning.
