Business Development Manager – Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven Business Development Manager to join a leading financial services firm in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the brokerage and investment business, leveraging an existing client network while ensuring full compliance with SCA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with retail, HNI and institutional clients.
• Acquire new clients and grow the company’s brokerage, trading and wealth‑management portfolio.
• Provide market insights and investment guidance to clients.
• Manage an existing client portfolio and identify additional business opportunities.
• Achieve sales, revenue and business‑development targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to SCA regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Maintain accurate client records and regulatory documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the brokerage industry.
• Valid SCA licence (mandatory).
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Existing professional network or client database in the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic or English and French.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
