About the role

Raffles Doha is seeking a dedicated Butler to join its luxury hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering highly personalized, anticipatory service that reflects the brand’s legendary standards of elegance and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalized and anticipatory service to all guests throughout their stay.
• Create memorable guest experiences through refined attention to detail and genuine care.
• Manage all Butler service operations efficiently, ensuring seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, and Food & Beverage teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of guest preferences and proactively tailor services accordingly.
• Handle guest requests promptly, professionally, and discreetly at all times.
• Ensure suites and guest areas are impeccably prepared in line with Raffles luxury standards.
• Provide unpacking, packing, garment care, and in‑room assistance as required.
