Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its dining outlets. You will ensure that service standards reflect the brand’s elegant personality while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Communicate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and motivate the team.
• Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
• Represent the team’s needs to management.
• Assist F&B management in achieving financial targets.
• Support training, development, and performance appraisals for team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health‑safety legislation.
• Promote environmental awareness and assist other departments as needed.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
