Customer Service Manager

About the role

ULTA Beauty is preparing to launch its first stores in Qatar and seeks a Customer Service Manager to shape the brand’s customer journey from day one. You will lead a team of front‑line staff, ensuring every interaction—both in‑store and online—delivers a premium, beauty‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies across all retail locations.
• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to provide outstanding service.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on promotions, loyalty programmes, and in‑store events.
• Analyse customer insights and behaviour to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure store environments reflect a premium and welcoming beauty experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, retail operations, or store management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations.
• Deep understanding of customer expectations in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or retail environments.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional service.
