Digital Applications Administrator (Banking Sector)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Applications Administrator with a strong banking background to manage, support, and optimise enterprise digital platforms deployed on Red Hat OpenShift. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, security, and performance of mission‑critical integration solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support digital applications and integration platforms across the banking environment.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain service availability.
- Plan and execute deployments, upgrades, patching, and security hardening.
- Maintain disaster‑recovery sites and ensure business‑continuity readiness.
- Guarantee compliance with operational, security, and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of application administration and middleware support experience.
- Proven experience in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, and audit compliance.
- Ability to handle incident management, performance tuning, and high‑availability design.
