Export Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Officer to drive growth of our Base Oil, Lubricants and Chemical product lines in international markets. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure seamless execution of export orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand international markets for Base Oil, Lubricants and Chemical products.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, traders and business partners.
• Maintain and grow existing international customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Coordinate export orders with logistics, shipping, finance and production teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and product pricing.
• Achieve agreed export sales targets and develop new territories.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, customer visits and business‑development events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export or international sales.
• Preferable experience in Base Oil, Lubricants, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Petroleum Products or Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of B2B international sales and business development.
• Experience working with international distributors, traders and industrial customers.
• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, LC/TT and international shipping.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
