Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures smooth front‑desk operations at a luxury hotel in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, payments and special requests while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method and issue room keys.
• Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards data and ensure correct rate codes.
• Handle cash, vouchers, paid‑outs, balance receipts and secure the bank at shift start and end.
• Compile daily cashier and closing reports, and maintain contingency logs.
• Provide guests with property information, directions and assist with special needs.
• Notify loss prevention of any theft reports and follow safety and security procedures.
• Support management in training, coaching and evaluating front‑desk staff.
• Maintain personal appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in hotel front‑desk or guest services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and electronic payments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to safety training, certifications and loss‑prevention protocols.
