Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role

Homekeep Improvements is seeking a dedicated Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician to join its Facilities Management team in Doha, Qatar. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults in heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC units.
• Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA certification requirements.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to prioritize service requests and minimize equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC technology.
• Proven experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
