Industrial Salesperson – Fasteners & Tools

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join EDGE ENGINEERING TRADING WLL in Doha. The role focuses on promoting and selling our range of industrial fasteners, building materials and GAZELLE power tools to customers in construction, oil & gas and other industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business leads across the construction, industrial and oil & gas markets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, providing technical product guidance and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, collect customer feedback and contribute to sales strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in industrial products, construction materials or tools.
• Ability to understand and explain technical specifications of fasteners, fittings and power/hand tools.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for on‑site client visits in Doha and surrounding areas.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
