OpenShift Cloud Architect

About the role

Red Hat Consulting is seeking an OpenShift Cloud Architect to join its team in Qatar. In this position you will act as a subject‑matter expert on Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technologies, guiding customers through design, implementation and support of highly available, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a customer advocate, designing and delivering innovative Red Hat solutions.
• Lead discovery, analysis and design workshops for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Scope delivery projects and steer customers through pilot and production deployments.
• Create and deliver enablement content for Red Hat’s global sales and services teams.
• Develop repeatable methodologies and tools to scale service delivery and reduce risk.
• Lead implementation of Red Hat OpenShift and related technologies.

Required profile

• Prior consulting experience with a proven ability to work one‑on‑one with customers.
• Strong customer‑facing and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, planning and communication abilities in English and Arabic.
