Outside Catering Server

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our Outside Catering team at W Hotels in Doha. You will help create memorable event experiences by delivering attentive service and supporting all aspects of event set‑up and breakdown.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down catering equipment and materials for events.
• Transport supplies and ensure timely delivery to event locations.
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and interact with guests professionally.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the event.
• Lift, carry, push, pull and place items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with the Guest Event team to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality or catering experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety standards and uniform guidelines.
