Project Manager

About the role

Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major mixed‑use capital projects in Doha. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, from planning through delivery, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and financial risks.
• Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Implement quality control measures and manage project risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and produce progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of post‑qualification experience.
• At least 10 years as a Project Manager with a contracting firm on projects valued at QAR 100 million or more.
• 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
