Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, meet daily sales targets and maintain the store’s visual standards. You will interact directly with customers, manage product flow and support the branch’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable products, especially perfumes.
• Achieve daily sales objectives by enhancing the customer experience and promoting promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enter merchandise into the POS system accurately and arrange stock using a FIFO method.
• Organise shelves and displays attractively according to company guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
• Assist with opening the branch on time and prepare the store for daily operations.
• Record daily sales, close the cash register and perform end‑of‑day store organization.
• Support any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail sales role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems, preferably Odoo.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of perfume ingredients and usage.
