Senior Active Directory & Identity Security Consultant

About the role

Nair Systems is seeking a Senior Active Directory & Identity Security Consultant to support its Qatar operations. The role focuses on hardening Active Directory environments, implementing identity security controls, and delivering comprehensive assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Active Directory health assessments and security hardening implementations.
• Review and optimise Group Policy architecture, including loopback processing.
• Assess DNS security, multi‑forest trusts, and hybrid identity deployments.
• Conduct identity security posture assessments, tier‑0 remediation, and Zero Trust design.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts and operational runbooks.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support to the client team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Active Directory administration.
• 5+ years of Active Directory security hardening.
• Experience managing multiple forests, domains, and complex trust relationships.
• Proven ability to work in hybrid identity environments.
