Training Coordinator – Turkish Market

About the role

We are looking for a Training and Consultancy Coordinator to support our operations in the Turkish market. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will handle day‑to‑day tasks, coordinate training delivery, prepare offers, and manage communication with trainers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Organise training courses end‑to‑end, including scheduling, logistics, client communication and follow‑ups.
• Source and onboard qualified trainers to meet client needs.
• Prepare and customise training proposals, pricing documents and client offers.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and help understand their training requirements.
• Maintain CRM records, follow internal procedures and ensure training quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Proactive, able to complete tasks independently and on time.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
