About the role
The Architect will lead and support lending transformation, credit initiatives and system implementation projects within a major international bank.
Key responsibilities
- Support lending transformation, credit initiatives, and process improvement projects.
- Analyze complex business problems, translate requirements into functional specifications, and drive system implementation initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, IT or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate banking, lending, credit, business analysis or transformation programs.
Required skills
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering (BRD/BRS), user stories, process mapping and solution design.
- Knowledge of lending products, credit processes, loan origination systems and loan lifecycle management.
