About the role
The company is seeking an Auto Technician to perform maintenance and repair work on Nissan vehicles according to Nissan standards and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform periodic maintenance services (PMS) and follow Nissan service manuals.
- Overhaul powertrain and drivetrain components, conduct mechanical and electrical unit repairs.
- Replace and reprogram modules such as ECM, BCM, and TCM.
- Handle Service Special Tools (SST) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare diagnostic estimates, obtain supervisor approval, and maintain 5S workplace standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or ITI certificate in a relevant technical field.
- Dealership experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand instructions, communicate with supervisors, and follow safety guidelines.
Required skills
- Knowledge of PMS (Periodic Maintenance Service) per Nissan standards.
- Powertrain and drivetrain overhauling.
- Electrical system repair.
- ECM, BCM, TCM replacement and reprogramming.
- Service Special Tool (SST) handling.
