About the role
The Automotive Service Quality Controller ensures that all vehicle repairs meet the required quality standards before delivery. This role involves thorough testing, inspection, and documentation to maintain high service quality within the workshop.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality testing and assurance for all repairs, ensuring compliance with job orders.
- Perform detailed final inspections of vehicles prior to delivery and report any additional work required.
- Maintain and tabulate monthly workshop quality records, recommending actions for improvement.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are upheld and report any out‑of‑line conditions.
Required profile
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards throughout the service workshop.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.
