Business Analyst – Affluent Wealth Proposition

About the role

This 5‑year fixed‑term position supports the bank’s affluent wealth growth strategy. You will analyse client portfolios, uncover investment opportunities and help launch new products, advisory capabilities, digital platforms and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse affluent client portfolios, deposit balances and behavioural trends to identify high‑potential investment prospects and underserved segments.
• Support product and proposition development by gathering requirements, assessing gaps and defining target‑state wealth offerings.
• Enable relationship‑manager productivity and advisory capability through training needs analysis and process implementation.
• Enhance digital wealth journeys by mapping existing client experiences, recommending improvements and assisting with platform design.
• Coordinate with Wealth, Retail Banking, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations and Technology teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor investment penetration, AUM growth, client acquisition and RM productivity.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management or Banking Transformation.
• Proven experience supporting wealth‑management, advisory or investment initiatives, preferably in an affluent banking environment.
• Strong understanding of investment products, wealth advisory models and affluent client segmentation.
• Experience designing client personas, market analyses and business requirements.
