About the role
The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of a telesales team, ensuring targets are met and performance standards are maintained. This role involves coaching agents, monitoring quality, and reporting key metrics to management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day telesales activities, monitor KPIs such as leads, conversion rate, and connected calls.
- Conduct daily huddles, provide on‑the‑spot coaching, and support agents in objection handling and closing techniques.
- Track real‑time performance, take corrective actions, and ensure adherence to schedules, login hours, and break timings.
- Maintain daily performance trackers, prepare reports for the Project Manager, and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage agent engagement, address attendance and performance issues, and ensure compliance with scripts and company policies.
