About the role
The Cyclic Checker is responsible for daily and yearly physical inventory counts, ensuring accurate stock records in SAP and supporting warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily physical counts using SAP cyclic inventory reports.
- Conduct yearly stock counts following Finance department criteria.
- Record and update inventory data in SAP and special reports.
- Identify discrepancies and report them to the Warehouse Officer and Inventory Controller.
- Monitor cyclic stock adjustments in SAP and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
Required profile
- Diploma in a technical or administrative field.
- At least 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory and stock control within a refinery, gas or petrochemical environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP MM.
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
