Lead Ancillary Sales Officer

About the role

Qatar Airways is looking for a Lead Ancillary Sales Officer to join its Central Business Initiatives team in Doha. The role focuses on developing ancillary products, implementing projects across all sales channels, and driving incremental revenue to meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ancillary performance by product, identify enhancement opportunities and support product development planning.
• Evaluate new ancillary products and innovative technologies, providing analysis, strategic insights and recommendations.
• Deliver proactive reporting, forecasting and dashboards to guide decision‑making and business requests.
• Prepare and present regular revenue performance reports, including performance reviews and reconciliations with ancillary partners.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of ancillary products and enhance current sales channel capabilities.
• Perform other related functions to ensure efficient and effective operation of the work unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing fare products and incentive tools with trade partners is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ancillary services, current and future products, and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to work and negotiate in a multi‑national, multi‑cultural environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
