About the role
We are seeking experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare group in Qatar. This urgent hiring drive aims to fill multiple positions quickly, offering qualified professionals the chance to work in a state‑of‑the‑art neonatal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support respiratory therapies.
- Collaborate with physicians, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient observations accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
- Educate families on newborn care and support them during the hospital stay.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/registration.
- Minimum two years of recent NICU experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in the GCC is an advantage but not mandatory.
