Surgical Product Specialist

About the role

Group One Medical is looking for a self‑motivated Surgical Product Specialist to support its expanding Surgical Division in Qatar. The role involves working directly with surgeons, operating‑room teams and hospital decision‑makers to drive product adoption and provide clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical product demonstrations, hands‑on training and technical support for surgical devices.
• Deliver in‑theatre case support, ensuring correct product usage and compliance with OR protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR nurses, procurement and biomedical departments.
• Support sales activities such as tenders, product evaluations, trials and hospital onboarding.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping and reporting on surgical trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in medical or surgical device sales in Qatar.
• Strong interest in surgical workflows and OR environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
