Personal Fitness Trainer – Pilates & Lagree Specialist (European Female)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pilates & Lagree specialist to provide one‑to‑one fitness coaching for an ultra‑high net‑worth family in a private residence. The role focuses on strength, mobility, flexibility, posture, conditioning, rehabilitation and overall wellness for the Principal and, occasionally, other family members.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized Pilates, Lagree and personal training sessions for the Principal.
• Design and adjust structured fitness programmes based on individual goals, fitness level and physical needs.
• Integrate strength, mobility, flexibility, posture correction, rehabilitation and injury‑prevention exercises.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑natal fitness support when required.
• Coordinate training around the Principal’s daily schedule, travel and commitments.
• Maintain training equipment and workout environment.
• Collaborate with household staff, physiotherapists and other wellness professionals.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Required profile

• Age 25‑30, minimum three years of professional experience.
• Certified Pilates instructor and personal/gym trainer.
• Lagree certification or proven professional experience.
• Strong background in pre‑/post‑natal training, rehabilitation, mobility and corrective exercise.
• Experience working with private clients, VIPs or UHNWI families is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, mature and polished presentation.
• Comfortable working in a private residence alongside a household team.
