Recruitment Officer – Household Staff Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to lead end‑to‑end hiring initiatives, focusing on household staff such as maids, drivers, and housekeeping personnel. The role works closely with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment for household staff positions, including maids, drivers, and support personnel.
• Partner with local and international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers to build a reliable candidate pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies to ensure efficient sourcing.
• Review candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Oversee candidate documentation, pre‑employment requirements, and onboarding processes.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or manpower sourcing.
• Proven ability to coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
• Specific experience recruiting household staff (maids, drivers, housekeeping staff) is highly preferred.
