Regional Manager Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) – Doha

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Manager for Commercial Business Intelligence (CBI) to lead our Africa CBI team from Doha, Qatar. In this senior position you will design strategic frameworks for sales performance evaluation, drive analytics initiatives and support revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Africa revenue portfolio across online and offline channels.
• Develop and implement regional sales performance strategies in collaboration with headquarters.
• Identify and lead sales process improvement projects, measuring results against defined targets.
• Establish best‑practice analytics approaches, selecting tools and defining effective processes.
• Provide comprehensive POS, channel and customer insights to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Central Planning, Data Science and Global Sales teams to align revenue opportunities and threats.
• Create training content for local CBI staff and support ad‑hoc data projects.
• Drive budgeting, KPI setting and performance monitoring through monthly scorecards.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and share industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in commercial analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, KPIs and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultural contexts.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
