Registered Nurse – Healthcare Services

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Marriott International in West Bay, Doha. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, monitoring health status, and supporting the wellbeing of guests and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patients' questions, assess their conditions and determine appropriate assistance.
• Record patient symptoms, medical information and changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs and perform patient assessments.
• Administer medications and intravenous fluids, noting times and dosages.
• Provide basic treatments such as wound care, temperature checks, blood pressure monitoring, and therapeutic applications.
• Deliver emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical care when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
• Follow company policies, report safety incidents and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Current professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Patient assessment and clinical decision‑making.
• Medication administration and IV therapy.
• Vital signs measurement and documentation.
• Wound care and basic therapeutic procedures.
