Senior Sales Representative – Discount Channel

About the role

We are a leading FMCG distribution company operating across Saudi Arabia, seeking a Senior Sales Representative specialized in the discount channel. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing promotions, and maintaining strong relationships with discount store owners and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with discount store clients.
• Execute promotions, offers, and pricing activities in assigned outlets.
• Ensure product visibility and availability across all discount stores.
• Visit stores regularly to maintain high execution standards.
• Achieve sales targets and support sell‑out growth.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG field sales.
• Mandatory experience dealing with discount store clients.
• Strong understanding of the discount/ value retail environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with store owners and buyers.
• Willingness to work in a field‑based role with daily store visits.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
