About the role
The Bell Attendant welcomes guests as they arrive and ensures a warm farewell when they depart. Working at a Tivoli hotel, you will be a key point of contact, providing information and assistance throughout the guest’s stay. This role requires a friendly, flexible attitude and a solid understanding of hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Control lobby traffic and manage guest flow efficiently.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local information.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, offering guidance and answering queries.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
- Positive learning attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient level of English.
