About the role

The Bell Attendant welcomes guests as they arrive and ensures a warm farewell when they depart. Working at a Tivoli hotel, you will be a key point of contact, providing information and assistance throughout the guest’s stay. This role requires a friendly, flexible attitude and a solid understanding of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Control lobby traffic and manage guest flow efficiently.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local information.
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, offering guidance and answering queries.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma.
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
  • Positive learning attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient level of English.
