About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join the Guest Experience team at Le Royal Meridien in Lusail. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures and ensuring a memorable stay through attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures using the hotel’s reservation system.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues during their stay.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
- Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Uphold confidentiality, protect company assets and adhere to quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior hospitality experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on a rotating shift schedule.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
